In an ongoing effort to provide you with even more responsive customer service and support, we are pleased to announce that we will soon be upgrading our existing global SAP orders system. We are presently in the internal testing and validation portion of this implementation and anticipate a successful transition in February 2009.
We will be conducting the actual upgrade of our systems from Thursday, February 19th, 8:00 PM EST until Monday, February 23rd, 8:00 PM EST. Unfortunately, during this time we will not be able to process product orders by phone, fax, email or website.
You may still place your order online during this time but please note that prices and shipping dates will not be available and your order will be queued until the upgrade is completed.
We anticipate any orders placed online during the upgrade will be processed after Monday, February 23rd, 8:00 PM EST and you will automatically receive an updated order confirmation with your pricing & shipping dates. This will also be your confirmation that your order has been placed.
Please be assured that PerkinElmer is taking extensive steps to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all orders with our new system, and we fully anticipate being able to resume processing orders after Monday, February 23rd, 8:00 PM EST.

Ordering online during the upgrade
