However, in the unlikely event where an issue is encountered, this section contains a troubleshooting guide to quickly diagnose and address the issue. Replacement Request
If the Troubleshooting Guide does not address the issue, we have designed a system where you can submit a replacement request. Our technical team will analyse your request and either provide a solution or, if there is enough evidence, approve a replacement for your instrument (only applicable for new instruments or instruments under warranty).
