In order to deliver better Informatics solutions to our customers, PerkinElmer has combined the resources from the LABWORKS and TotalChrom C/S Support and Implementation teams into a single, unified entity.

The new Laboratory Informatics Professional Services team, which was created in October 2009, has many years of combined experience with LIMS, Chrom Data Systems, instrument interfacing, systems integration, and workflow solutions, all of which provide significant value to PerkinElmer customers.

Together there is more potential for growing the Informatics business with the sales teams by using a stronger services team as the foundation.”

Under the leadership of Doug Slago, the Lab Informatics Professional Services group is now ideally aligned to not only to address current client needs but also to expand the services offering to help better realize our customers broader laboratory informatics goals.
