Regional User Group Meetings a great success!

From mid-October through early December, the LABWORKS team presented a series of regional User Group Meetings in 8 locations across the United States. The regional meetings proved an effective means to update our user community on product and support activities, while minimizing expenses for attendees. Dale Seabrooke National Sales Manager commented, “We felt a strong need to continue to engage our customers and facilitate the user community regardless of the difficult economic times, so we went to our users.”

The content covered in each meeting included product training, demonstrations of the LABWORKS Support portal, previews of coming attractions, discussion of new and emerging informatics needs, and general question and answer sessions. In addition, the meetings provided a welcome opportunity for the user community to share their experiences with each other.

The regional locations and one-day format allowed a wider range of users to participate, including sites that had not been able to attend prior Worldwide Client Workshops. In addition, sites were able to send more attendees to the regional events, allowing involvement from more diverse perspectives.
