Pyris 1 TGA Flash Disk V2.05
                      (N537-8100 Rev. A)

1. This Flash disk is used with the Pyris 1 TGA. The Flash program,
   in Pyris Software for Windows, is used for down loading this image
   to the Pyris 1 TGA.

2. Copy 8101t120.exe to an empty directory on your hard drive.

3. Insert a blank formatted floppy disk into the a: drive.

4. Create a Pyris 1 TGA V2.05 Flash disk by using one of the two options
   listed below.

	Option 1. From a DOS prompt type:	8101t120 a:\

	Option 2. Run 8101t120.exe by double-clicking from Explorer or
                  File Manager.  After the extraction has completed,
                  copy 8101t120.rom and 8032pb10.img to a floppy disk.

5. Label the floppy: "Pyris 1 TGA Flash Disk V2.05".

6. Use the Flash program, from Pyris Software for Windows, to download
   this image to the Pyris 1 TGA.
